Works seamlessly with my Subaru Solterra! Only issue was with the app not initially showing my charging history - but that resolved after about the third charge (after about 1 week), and it showed all my history as expected.

Works very easy, installation was very easy only connecting to the WiFi was a bit of a hassle but all works well now.

This charger works flawlessly! It’s pretty easy to install yourself if you know what you're doing. I used the normal chargepoint app to initialize everything at the beginning. It comes with pretty detailed instructions. I've been really satisfied with my selection, and I definitely recommend this charging unit.

This is a great purchase! I’ve had for over 6 plus months now. This is an Excellent Level 2 Charge station for my garage! This is a perfect fit for my Jeep and works great! Huge savings so I don’t have to fill up on gas. Takes about 2hrs to fully charge. No issues. I can set a timer for when I am at my electric peak hours so I don’t go over or have to get up late to plug in. Excellent product and great price!

Pros: Reliable. Easy to install. Attractive. Great app. Long cable. Neat design. Status LED. Low price (after instant rebate from electric company). Cons: Not as compact as a few other brands/models. WiFi sometimes loses signal. Cannot choose cord length. No "courtesy" LED area light.

JuiceBox makes the best chargers! I've been incredibly impressed with the performance over the last year+. The app let's you customize for your charging needs and the LED light in the box let's you know the status of the charge. I use with my 2020 Niro EV.

Bought this to supply power to my Lexus NX 450h+ plugin and very happy with this. It provides me with a history of how many KWh so I can calculate how much per month it is to charge my vehicle. And being a plug-in charger, we could take it with us if we ever moved. In addition, this product can allow us to use the same circuit for an additional unit later if we buy another plug-in vehicle. My car came with the 6.6 on-board charger so this can fully charge the car in about 2.5 hours. Before, with the 110 cable it would take about 12 hrs to charge.

Fast charger, good quality. I think it’s better than the tesla wall charger in my opinion

It works great as a charger. The 6-year old model I’d installed previously had failed. This new model replaced it and could plug into the existing 240-volt outlet. The mounting system differs from the old model, however, so 2 additional mounting screws had to be drilled/installed into the exterior brick wall nearest the parking area.

The first one had some probables with the brackets. However once it was replaced quickly it was an easy install and the charging time is so much better than the standard wall charger. Haven’t tried the app much yet but it does need some work.

Works well. A little on the large side compared to others. Had an electrician run the new line then mounted it and plugged it in. The App does not work very well. Tried multiple times then gave up. Kept going in a loop asking the same things over and over. The unit itself charges well.
