Great charger. Easy to install. Charged at 20 miles per hour.

The EVSE in itself is absolutely flawless and does the job as promised. The real hassle is with the WIFI configuration and setup. Also the app has very limited stats and functionality compared to the other EVSE in the similar price range. If you are not too much in to smart features and planning to use this just for your charging needs, this will come in handy.

Good one but cable is little hard to manage as its big and not easy to wind it. Charges model y with 37mi/hr on 40 Amp Nema

We bought this charger in early June and had professional install it in our garage. It is easy to use and the app helps a lot to provide useful control and info.

I recently got an ID.4 and needed a charger. I first tried to save some money and grabbed something off Amazon… mistake. I should’ve just gone to this from the start. It just works and is proven to work (the other one I got had 60 reviews). I also get a $500 rebate from my local energy company, which brings this cost lower overall in the end. It works like it says it will and is super easy to install/use. The app is not the best ever, but it’s easy to setup and I shouldn’t need to use it again. Highly recommend.

I’ve been very frustrated by the Juicebox experience. I’ve been unable to use the app the way it’s designed… in other words to set a start and stop time… to set a stop at a particular percentage level. For some reason when I start the Juicebox charging my Nissan Leaf, it goes for one hour, and then stops! Product assistance people have not been able to figure that out or correct it so I have to set a timer and then go back into the app after one hour and start up again at which point it’ll go to 100% which I don’t want! lithium batteries don’t like to be fully charged!, so I need to stop at 90%! Which means I have to set another timer and physically stop it myself when the timer goes off.

The charger has worked without any issues. The smart charging features showing how much electricity you are drawing are nice to have. My favorite feature is the scheduling (it handles it better than my car does).

Installation works well and I don't have any complain for charging device itself. But the APP (JuiceNet) is totally joke. it keeps asking device location address when it l is launched. Filling address is never saved and keep asking again. Really annoying. Web-portal works OK, so only the App has problem. You can find so many complains about the APP in other site reviews as well.

Easy install and easy use. First time EV owner and couldn’t be happier with the ease of use and cost savings!
