I purchased this in Jan 2023 and am not really happy with it. When I first installed it, it worked just fine but after they were taken over by Enel-X I kept having problems with the settings and application. Most importantly I couldn't the time of use to ever work right and that cost me a higher electricity usage cost. Over the last 2-3 months it has been more stable but the app isn't the best and it will still occasionally charge at the wrong time. There are better chargers out there, I don't recommend this.

Fits perfectly in my garage. Charges car quite fast and has an app that tracks the charge.

Charges my electric vehicle up quick and works well as expected

I've had this for a year now and it continues to work well. I love the app interface and the customizeable feature. I especially like that I can program the times during which it charges. It was well reviewed by different websites and I can see why.

Charger works great but their app does not respond to your settings. I gave up on the app and I use Toyota’s app to set up the schedule and other settings.

We finally moved into our house and we needed a charger for our BMW i8 and our Ford Mach-E. This has been exactly as advertised. Couldn't be happier. Everything is perfect. Can't really say much more. I must have researched a million of these things and this came up over and over and I am glad that I did. The description is perfect.

Waited a year to write this review JuiceBox is a good product so far and has been working like a champ without issues. The mobile app that comes with it is useful as well. I would recommend this product for charging at home.

Bought my first EV July 1st of this year (hoping to never go back to ICE) anyways I've been researching for about 8 months now prior to the carpurchase, a home charger. So juicebox kept coming up on the short list so I'd figured I'll give it a go. No issues No problems product has been great!!!

Better than the regular charger that came with my car. You can check all the charing history on their app and the app will also stop charging automaticaly once the battery is fully charged to avoid further damages.

I chose this Juice box charger and it works great. No problem or complaints. Thank you Best Buy for carrying a few models for us to choose according to our needs.

Good home charger that works great. I definitely recommend getting the 14-50 plug in model as opposed to the hardwired model for the versatility to take it with you if needed.

The box itself works well. The app was bad, where one could not change the charging schedule after setting it. Even worse, Enel dropped support for the app. I now have a charger, even with the app deleted and the charger reset, that will not charge on weekdays between 3 PM and 9:57 PM. And if I plug it in during that time period, it usually will not start charging at 9:57 PM. PGE (Portland) has dropped them from their $25 credit twice annually for allowing them to time shift charging to midnight 3X per season.
