So far unit is consistently charging my Chevy Volt without incidence. Item came well packed and one day ahead of anticipated date. Price was standard retail which I feel is somewhat high. Overall a solid purchase.

This product has fallen far short of expectations from the start. I am an IT professional and getting it connected to my hidden wifi (standard security measure) on day 1 took several hours on the phone with their support. Since then it has disconnected constantly from the wifi and will never reconnect on its own. Multiple support calls led to trying the multiple apps they tell you to use to support the charger (each time telling me I'm using the "wrong" one despite the previous support person telling me to use the one now being called "wrong") Initially it wasn't a problem, it would just charge as soon as it was plugged into the car versus running on an off-peak-hours schedule. However it then started not charging and I was left without enough juice to get to work. It has happened several times since, and their resolution is sending us a refurbished unit (despite this one being less than 3 months old and purchased brand new, not open-box or anything like that) that is taking a week to arrive, while I have no charger. I truly almost never write reviews, especially negative ones, but this appears to be systemic from searches since buying the Juicebox, despite it getting good reviews from several reputable online publications. I will be going with a different charger to replace this faulty product and the broken apps supporting it. My advice to all is to go with another better rated product.

Does what it’s supposed to! Unless you’re an electrician, skip the YouTube videos and hire one for installation.

As they say it does what it says on the box and the adverts. We got our new VW ID4 the day before we picked up our Juice box. Charging is a breeze.

Does what it’s supposed to do, Quickly and Efficiently. Biggest plus is that I’m saving on my energy bill over the Level 1 charger.

Charging works fine. The wireless is wonky frequently disconnecting overnight. Also, the cable holder should be a bit larger. I find it difficult to wrap the cable around the holder when not charging.

Stopped working twice. The first time the company sent a replacement. Since, the company has closed their North American operations. It recently tripped the breaker and hasn’t turned on since. Because operations in NA have ceased, I can’t reliably get in touch with customer service.

Takes a while to charge. Read reviews and seemed like it would be a good upgrade from lower models. Save your money and go with the base model
