I have this charger since last 10 months and is very easy to optimise and operate. Also it helps to charge only during off peak hours. I have Mustang Mach-e but I use this charger as it’s faster than what’s provided by car companies

Easy install great features. Phone app is easy to use and plenty of information in the online web site. I use it for 32 amps and it does exactly what it says it will do! compatible with PSE7G LI rebate programs!

With purchase of my first EV (Bolt EV) 4 years ago, the first home charger purchased was a JuiceBox 32 WiFi enabled. That charger worked so well when I purchased my home I upgraded to the JuiceBox 40 and am just as pleased with this model as I was with the JuiceBox 32. The best part of the purchase was the rebate from my power company when the dedicated plug was installed. That was applied to the cost of the JuiceBox, so an unexpected savings. The app is easy to setup and very easy to use, there are a few settings that has to be done online, otherwise all can be done through the app. This is an awesome product. My old JuiceBox 32 now lives in the car as a travel charger. I highly recommend any JuiceBox product.

The Juicebox 40 Plug is a must purchase for your EV. We have it for our Tesla and I wouldn't use anything else. I've also referred this to 3 other Tesla families and the love it too. The UI is super easy to navigate and use and I would be remiss to say after much research this was not only the most aesthetic but, provides a true savings to our electric bill while quickly charging our vehicle. Highly recommend the Juicebox! The thirst is real.

Choosing between the JuiceBox and ChargePoint chargers, I decided to go with the JB40. It was a snap to install by hanging the bracket on the wall and plugging it into the outlet provided by the electrician. The app and wi-fi capabilities actually offer more functionality than I even use. The design is simple, functional, and attractive. My only nitpick might be that the cable is too short and stiff. I park my EV such that the port is the farthest it can be from the charger. The cable reaches, but I have to lay it on the floor where it could be tripped on instead of skirting around the edge of the garage.

Great charger. Very easy to use and set up a particular charging time to take advantage of PSE&G rebates. Long cord to reach my car.

Before installing my juicebox 40, I was using the charger that came with my vehicle...slow as molasses. Getting the level 2 charger at my house was a game changer and using the app makes it easy to see usage over time and schedule charging times. Had an issue with the original box and EnelX was there every step of the way to make sure I could get the most out of my charger.

The juicebox 40 was the best purchase I've made since buying my ev. Installation was simple, and the unit has withstood almost everyday charging for the course of the last year. The app is great you can schedule time of use and remote start or end charging. It also provides stats on how much energy your using to truly know what your paying for fuel.

Seems to be just what we needed. Install very easy and looks great with nice cord length. Also eligible for PSE rebate of at least $300

I’ve had my Juicebox for almost 2 years. This is a great charging system and I recommend it wholeheartedly. So easy to use and the app is very user friendly. If I need to charge my car outside of my regularly scheduled time I can and it goes back to my scheduled time again so I don't have to fiddle with it.

Purchased my Enel X JuiceBox 40 charger in December of 2020. The unit has been 100% reliable since the day it was installed and the JucieBox app always keeps me updated as to its status during times it is charging. A great purchase that I hughly recommend if you have an electric vehicle of any brand.

I purchased this at the start of 2020, just prior to acquiring a plug-in hybrid van. I had pre-wired to be able to install this unit out next to my driveway on a 4x4 post (no garage). It was easy to mount, easy to configure, and it has now spent two years operating absolutely fine.

Do not buy anything from Enel X. They forced out new software for the home chargers (the old software worked just fine) so they could integrate it with their charging network app, but they broke the main functionality for the home chargers - time of use charging does not work, the app's start and stop functions do not work, and load balancing is gone. It's been over three months and despite escalations, nothing has changed. Now they're trying to avoid issuing a refund.

I've been using the JuiceBox 40 for over a year now and it's been solid! No issues at all, charges my car quickly and it's nice to be able to connect my phone to it to see exactly how much power I'm using and set scheduled charging. Would highly recommend!

This is an awesome charger for my mustang. I add a 50amp circuit it charges way faster

So easy to set up on our WiFi. We have one for myself and one for my wife’s vehicle. Can schedule them separately and very easily. Would definitely buy again and we highly recommend.

I purchased this unit to charge my PHEV RAV4 prime. It was easy to install and setup. I like the connection to the app and how incan scendule chatge time and see the progress.

Easy to mount and install, iPhone app is functional, includes lock if mounting outside.

We've owned or Juicebox 40 for over 2 years and it has worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a reliable EV charger.
