Good on high definition and awesome dvd case cover

My lady was raving about this movie for the longest time. I deserve her criticism for shrugging off this film for this long. I feel like I missed a part of my childhood for not watching this as a kid. Watching Robin Williams perform is a huge breath of fresh air from the recent comedians of today. The use of hdr did this movie well. I highly recommend it to anyone that has kids, or even if you don't lol.

I originally owned this on VHS and then DVD and I was honestly more than happy with just that. After walking around in my local Best Buy and seeing this I almost immediately had to add it to my somewhat small, but growing 4K collection. Man was it worth it! Easily one of the coolest steelbooks I own!

Love the artwork of this steelbook. Didn't think I'd have another chance on purchasing this movie Brand New from Best Buy as it sold out on it's first run. Movie is engaging and has the late great Robin Williams. What more can you ask for.

The movie is a classic and when this Steelbook first came out I didn’t get the chance to pick it up and it sold out in-store. We saw this in store in our recent trip to Best Buy and had to pick it up. It’s a really good looking Steelbook.

If you're a fan of the look and feel of the Jumanji board game from the movie you'll enjoy this. My only gripe would be that I wish they would've made the wood design of the cover a little lighter. More authentic to color of wood grain. This is still good addition to your steel book collection.

Very good movie well done for the time/year it was made . Towards the Technology we have today to make movies.

GREAT movie very clever a instant original I can’t wait for the sequel but........ it didn’t come with a slip cover and it has one in the picture

This 4K ultra HD steel book version of the original Jumanji is stunning beautifully designed and detailed it is made to look like the board game itself and on the inside it has the iconic instructions and is made to look like the board game with its pieces and spaces I do wish it opened the way the game did in the movie but I’m sure there was a reason for the design choice answer the call of the drums and relive this classic adventure Star in the late great Robin Williams and a young Kirsten Dunst see the film like before possible in brilliant 4K ultra HD quality as the jungle comes to life in deeper richer color with more detail and crisp theatrical sound quality you do need a 4K ultra HD player to play the disc as well as a 4K television but this Edition of the movie does come with a regular Blu-ray disc as well if you have not yet had the chance to upgrade it’s also nice to have both formats included I have already answered the call of the drums and Re-embarked on this Timeless adventure the question is whether it is for the first time or the one hundredth time will you?

I love this movie and its great to watch in 4K! Plus it give background to those young folks who only know the new movies with the rock

This movie is great, has amazing FUNNY lines, fast action, really sets a nice pace. The sound is great, can't say enough good things about the sound, it has what you expect for the money you spend on a disk of this magnitude, the money they spent was well placed. You get high quality content. The CGI is so realistic you forget its CGI and just fall into the story and lose yourself in the emotion and staging of the drama and action.

Talk about childhood nostalgia! One of my favorite films from Robin Williams.

I love watching this movie around Thanksgiving. And -- I personally feel it's better than the 2017 Jumanji reboot franchise. You can never replace a Robin Williams movie, ESPECIALLY this one. The 1995 film is a timeless classic, has amazing storytelling, exceptional cast members, and is overall a true gem. This is a wonderful film to watch with family. Highly recommend!

I had to grab this movie just for the embossed steelbook. I haven't watched it and dont have high hopes for the 4k on this as there are a ton of special effects and with older films that doesn't usually translate to great 4k. HDR on the other hand might be good. I am however excited to add this to my collection of steelboks just for the highly embossed steel! This one looks cool!

When I was younger a lot of the stuff in this movie was very scary and made watching it then difficult but not so much these days and I rather like how before he wins the game he explains that he isn't running because his father told him you should always face what your afraid of and I can't help but think that has something to do with why the game finds people

I think we have all seen the film so I just want to say how beautiful this steelbook is. When I saw that it looked like the board game, especially the embossed detail, I knew I had to have it. I didn't have the original on bluray or digital and the 4K was a great bonus, however, I would have bought it for the case alone. At $15, I feel like it was a steal!

robin always played the part and added humor at the same time

Always loved this movie. The late Robin Williams is superb. The movie is a fun ride from start to finish. However the CG effects appear even more dated and obvious due to Sony having fully restored the film for Blu-ray and 4K. Purchased the 4K Steelbook from Best Buy. Very well done steelbook. Excellent rating is for the steelbook. Get it if you can.
