Good movie. Love that they added a 3D option, if only they added glasses too...

I got this mostly for the 3D to be honest. The movie was OK, not great.

Watch it with no expectations and don't take it seriously - this is the kind of outrageous Space Opera that checks all the fun- and visual excellence boxes, which was what I was hoping Valerian would be.

Moves along, nice in 3-d. Good price. Recommend this one.

Sale and Packaging: Ordered online arrived exactly as expected. Movie Review: The movie is surprisingly ascetically pleasing the production design of the worlds and spaceships looks very unique. However the movie is mostly style over substance the plot is fairly simple compared to some of the Wachowski's previous movies. however themes from their other movies still show up to in this movie. This movie is the philosophical opposite of Interstellar which required lots of think by the audience this movie does not require that level of philosophical analysis. Truth be told this movie has allot in common with Star wars IV new hope at least in the feel of what the creators were trying to accomplish. In conclusion if you liked the Wachowski's other movies,or want kind of a pretty non star wars/star trek ...space movie then you will probably be entertained.

I absolutely can’t get enough of this movie. Maybe it’s to out there for a lot of other people but I was glued to the screen. The story is unique and well presented. LOVE IT!

I really enjoyed this movie. I saw it before in the regular version, but I think the 3d version is better. I would highly recommend this movie. Actors and plot were fantastic.

I purchased this movie with reluctance from the usual film critic reviews. Despite the negative press, this movie turned out better than expected. While the plot was not very deep and parts of it were very predictable, most of the interesting developments were with the "villain" characters. Visually the movie has grand epic feel and intricate, detailed CGI sets which will look wonderful on a large HD screen. Audio wise, the orchestral score is phenomenal and almost non-stop. It is a character all it's own and really soars on a capable system. This is an overall good movie, not much in the way of awards recognition, but is entertaining. It is also okay for anyone with kids around 10+.

So I knew nothing about this movie. But it was on sale for labor day so i thought why not. I love 3d films and always looking to add to my collection. Now first off. This movies story is very odd and hard to grasp until you get deeper into the film. But with sci fyi movies i don't hold a high standard to plot lines. Now visually this films has some nice scenes. And in 3D they really pop. I have no regrets on that. Overall if you catch this movie on sale and want a cool 3d film to watch then by all means pick this up. You wont get a awesome story but you'll see some great set peices.

I bought this because I heard it was really good after reading reviews from critics online months earlier. The critics really dissed this film so I thought it was a loser until some friends saw it and said they loved it and it was really good. It is full of action and of course the forces of good and evil come to a showdown and guess which force won. I liked it because I like action movies and this was entertaining and not just like the rest nor totally different either. If you are hesitating, rent from redbox to see if you like it first. That's what I usually do but didn't this time and I am very happy with this purchase.

Jupiter Ascending is a scifi movie that slices its own piece of the space saga universe with a unique twist.Does it really try to push the envelope in story and action/romance not really.It does standout amongst other movies that are released these days that go for the continuing story if enough money is made which this film also does to a certain extent but everything else it does is executed well.The characters the plot and setting are top notch the 3D in the movie is excellent.The tone of the film makes it more available to a wider audience with a easy to follow story.If you like action and scifi give this film a try.

I have both the 3D and 4K HDR version of this movie. Not the greatest movie but the visuals and 3D are top notch.

This is good typical sci-fi movie to watch. The movie's plot and central character development is good. Add the 3D effects and this movie's graphics will blow you away! Give the Blu-Ray version to a family member or friend and they will enjoy it. The packaging with both discs make it a great buy!

Most under estimated action film in a decade. Mila kunis is beautiful and elegant. I love this movie

It's well known that this film is not well regarded by most. I wouldn't disagree with any gripes most people have bestowed to this movie, my main complaint is that the story is pretty convoluted, but besides that I really enjoyed this, this is a beautiful Space Fantasy with great CG, and this 3D Blu-Ray does it justice, the 3D is very good with appropriate depth that adds to the experience, top notch sound and basic special features. If you have a 3D entertainment system and want to show off, I recommend this purchase. Wait for sale.
