I absolutely love the Jura. I use it multiple times a day, there is so much versatility. Drinks have professional coffee look, the foam top is beautiful.

I really love my various coffee drinks and this machine delivers. Overall I am happy with this machine but there are some things to consider. Pros: Excellent coffee drinks with variety Automatic cleaning/descaling One touch to make drinks Can adjust coffee and steamed milk volumes on the fly Easy to read display on front of machine Cons: Water filter in water container needs to be changed often and I'm using filtered water (adds extra $$ to maintain machine) Milk system needs to be cleaned daily with Jura solution (additional $) and milk frother needs to be taken apart for daily cleaning Frother stopped working properly after 8 months and Jura would not replace BUT I had the Geek Protection plan which replaced my machine with a new one! Jura customer service wait times are LONG

I really love my new espresso machine. One it makes good cappuccino like the ones you get at the cafe and second its easy to make it. It's pretty much automated in both making the coffee and cleaning. All you need cleaning solutions and filter. Yes it is expensive but I treat it as an investment. I work from home all the time and with COVID, its good to have this espresso machine so i don't have to go outside to cafes. Overall I highly recommend this product.

This Jura is hands down THE BEST espresso machine period. I had originally purchased a built in until from Miele or Wolf however after tasting coffee creations and experiencing the ease of use from a Jura, it was a hands down easy decision. Although these units are super expensive, its (somewhat) justified if you really value your coffee prep and flavor and can redirect some of your Starbucks purchases lol. I've been very happy with mine ever since I unpacked it.

Overall this is a good machine for coffee and espresso drinks. Easy to use and clean. The milk steams very well and doesn't run through the entire machine which makes cleaning easier. The only criticism I have is the temperature of the coffee is not really hot - even after adjusting all the settings. I read the reviews before my purchase and this was a common compliant. I would give this machine 5 stars if the temperature was hotter.

Tremendous machine makes spectacular coffee with a variety of choices. I highly recommend the milk container to ease the process of making latte, cappuccino, flat white, and other coffee beverages requiring frothed milk.

This coffee machine is amazing. Makes the best coffee and espresso drinks. It is also fun trying to find the beans you like the best. It is expensive but totally worth it if you love coffee.

Really Great tasting coffee with this machine. Highly recommend if you like to make different types coffees and be your own barista. Only negative is the cost of the machine. Pretty expensive.

This machine changed my life! It will make you feel as if you're in Italy sipping on espressos with just a push of a button! No more burnt coffee from sitting on the pot all morning. No more wasteful plastic k-cups. This machine has enough settings and variety for your average person. The water reservoir is big enough to make around 10 cups (depending on the size of your cup). It has reminders to clean and/or rinse the system. The only thing missing is a timer to wake up to a perfectly make latte.

I will never go back to another coffee machine. It brews the best coffee I’ve ever had, it grinds fresh beans and cleans itself. My only complaint if it’s really a complaint is that it brews smaller cups of coffee (which you can just brew twice in matter of seconds) and it consumes a lot of water. It’s honestly as perfect as you can get.

a bit pricy, but we love it. we had ENA4 before and this is far more advanced.

purchased the E8 because my Z6 was being repaired, and my husband, who never liked coffee until a we got a Jura, was upset that he could not have a good cup of coffee. I found the machine a snap to set up, and the coffee was excellent. Once you have a Jura, other machined just don’t cut it.

This machine offers a good combination of different coffee styles. The 2 coffee compartments (whole bean and ground) is a fantastic convenience and this was the main reason we chose this model. Milk frothing/steaming is easy to use. User friendly cleaning and maintenance.

Have been looking for a good fully automatic espresso machine for quite some time! Finally found it and it's been great so far! Easy to operate and clean!

We have owned a Jura machine . We love the machine the quality of the expresso is excellent.

I love this coffee maker, bought one 2 years ago and purchased the 2-year geek squad plan with it. Luckily, my machine broke about a week from my plan expiration date. So they refunded me to buy a new one. I bought two, one for my mom and one for sister! I highly recommend this freshly grinder coffee machine!

Produces a great quality coffee or cappuccino so far happy with my purchase.

We had this coffee machine for 2 years and 1 month. As soon as manufacturers warranty and Greek squad warranty expired machine broke. We always did cleaning, descaling and anything else required on machine with Jura products. For $2400 in my opinion coffee machine should work much longer than 2 years.

Very good product but little bit overpriced. Also, to enable Bluetooth, you need to make an additional key for about $70.

An excellent product. Online purchase was very easy.
