Love this machine, I'm so glad I bought it and now saving money on coffee shops where they charge arm and a leg for a cup of coffee. This coffee machine has variety of coffee options, I personally picked a few that I like and my husband has his own favorite list of coffee. It's so easy to use and machine does it's own rinsing every time you use it. Doesn't take up a lot of space. Simple to use coffee shop grade coffee.

I LOVE this machine! The self rinse/cleaning is wonderful! And it’s also convenient that it reminds you to clean the grounds container and drip tray. I do wish that it would let you know when the beans are low, but other than that I have no complaints so far. I may never go to SB again!

This machine replaced a 20yr old Capresso C3000. That was a fantastic machine, but finally had a terminal failure. While I really liked the coffee (many types) from the C3000, the E8 actually make better tasting coffee. I like the simple operations and the cleaning routine. It also has a much faster heating cycle vs the C3000. Couldn't be happier with the E8

This is my second Jura, the one we had before lasted 9 years. I wouldn’t buy any other brand, not only does it last years, but the coffee is absolutely delicious! I am in awe with so many cofee varieties that this thing makes, worth every penny in my opinion!

We love this machine. It is well worth the price. Only issue was the clips on the water tank were broken off in shipment and were on the bottom of the water tank. I suggest that the water tank be securely taped to the unit prior to shipping.

Works as advertised. A major improvement over the Capresso superautomatic coffee maker we had many years ago. Well made, and makes excellent products from plain coffee to all of the milk drinks.

Hands down best fresh coffee. Milk frothing is a huge plus. We don’t know why we didn’t get this sooner. It does go on sale from time to time so wait to jump on it to save a nice chunk of cash which you can use to buy filters to keep your machine fresh and free of the descaling task. Also love that I can still use my old fashion ground Cuban coffee with the ground coffee function. Never disappoints.

Great espresso machine. Very easy to operate makes a great shot of espresso. The machine cleans its self.. what’s not to like!

Was looking to make the switch from Nespresso because we wanted to start using organic coffee bean. It makes a kickass cup of coffee with great crema and I love the americano feature. My wife toyed with all the milk drinks she said she'll never need starbucks again. Should save us money in the long run because we were spending around $150/m on pods. Pricy but so worth it!

Great price from Best Buy. The machine is slick and generally as advertised. The only thing is the coffee is notably not as fragrant as Breville Oracle Touch Espress, perhaps the grind or the pull inside the machine is still not a great as the barista method.

Amazing machinery. Read all directions before use. Self cleaning feature is awesome.
