Amazing coffee machine makes perfect coffee everytime ,would recommend

selection of coffee especialty on the screen only comes in images and the words display will only appear once you press the button. Therefore if you press it you will just accept it because there is no cancel button.

Decent coffee maker but the cappucino milk spigot must be cleaned constantly. Also, it does not tell you when the water or beans are low.

A truly amazing machine, I did everything to make it work for us. From the perspective of brewing a cup coffee it did an amazing job. The issue that we had with the machine is that my wife and I both have milk allergies. We always have to use some kind of alternate milk like soy, almond, or oat milk with our coffee. The frothing device on this machine will not work with anything other than dairy milk. We liked the machine so much that we brought home 12 different kinds of non-dairy milk, including the one that Jura recommended, hoping we could get the Jura to work. We were not able to get any of the alternate milks to froth, they came out more like steamed milk. I spent time on the customer service line with the Jura representative and they said that it’s a known issue. I asked if I upgraded to one of the higher models and the representative mentioned that it doesn’t matter if I buy the $2,500 model or the $5,000 model, the frothing system works the same. If you use dairy milk in your coffee the frothing machine works very well. If this machine would’ve worked with alternate milks I would’ve given the Jura five stars. If you use dairy in your coffee this is the machine for you!

This machine does everything coffee. But it's complicated to use and coffee is bitter. Pictures to select brew are confusing - latte pic too similar to cappuccino, etc. Machine is sturdy; looks impressive on counter. Expensive.

Broke after 8 months. We’ve been trying contact Jura customer service for 4 days(calls, emails, Instagram) and all we’ve gotten in crickets! It’s $2,500 paper weight at this point - and all just before the holidays!!

Suppose to be easier to use then regular espresso machine and it's not. Have to clean milk system all the time and if you forget it stinks. Made out of cheapest plastic possible. Doesn't worth the money in my opinion. Had to return it

YOU CAN'T CONTROL THE AMOUNT OF FOAM/HOT MILK Very disappointed with this Jura coffee machine, on my latte macchiato there is way to much foam and there is no dial or anything to control the foam. This is the answer from Jura customer service specialist: "Unfortunately you can not control the foam. The machine will only produce foam." JURA should either fix this or let potential buyers know about this big inconvenient before they spend more than $2K on this coffee machine.
