Amazing coffee

I recently got a fancy automatic capsule machine that broke within a month, some issue about the milk sensor overheating. I returned it and picked this machine. It was worth the extra money. The Jura is the real deal, fresh beans fresh coffee, totally customizable

For a Porsche of coffee machines you'd expect better customer service from Jura. At this point trying to get an RMA for repair seems like an act of god is needed. This was our 2nd Jura, most likely our last given level of difficultly in getting through to Jura Customer Service.

Expensive but excellent coffee

I didn’t drink a lot of cold brew before this machine but I really enjoy the cold brew that this machine makes.

I tried several different types of coffee and had many problems. I also exchanged the machine thinking it was a bad machine. The normal was just as worse.
