    Woow I have no words to describe it. it’s amazing machine you can make a espresso all the way to a jar of coffee and it has the cold brew too.

    Best at home coffee I've ever had. I recently got a fancy automatic capsule machine that broke within a month, some issue about the milk sensor overheating. I returned it and picked this machine. It was worth the extra money. The Jura is the real deal, fresh beans fresh coffee, totally customizable

    we upgraded from a Z6 to a Z 10 wonderful unit a lot quieter than the Z6 but the display is super sensitive so be careful.

    The Z10 is amazing when it works. For a Porsche of coffee machines you'd expect better customer service from Jura. At this point trying to get an RMA for repair seems like an act of god is needed. This was our 2nd Jura, most likely our last given level of difficultly in getting through to Jura Customer Service.

    I know this machine is expensive but it makes excellent coffee. I didn’t drink a lot of cold brew before this machine but I really enjoy the cold brew that this machine makes.

    Not worth the money the coffee is very weak to water down. I tried several different types of coffee and had many problems. I also exchanged the machine thinking it was a bad machine. The normal was just as worse.
