I'm in contact w/ Ubisoft's tech support and trying to figure this out. However, when this fails, it provided no error message, so you don't even know it failed until you go back to the game, and you don't know why it failed. Most my friends bought the previous version (2020) and have had no problems at all. And it's cheaper!
