PS5 Game Not compatible to PS5 camera!

Well they never got to use it. The ps5 version of the game is Not compatible to the ps5 camera so you can't play it. Not Best Buys fault but Sony and the game manufacturer dropped the ball royally. Now I have a $60+tax that is useless. I can't even get a refund because I opened it. My kids are so disappointed and I can't even get them another game in exchange.

So it’s just been sitting in the case on tv stand! I even tried to YouTube how to get it to work that was unsuccessful as well so my daughter was and still is upset at the “surprise” we brought home!
