When I got home and began assembling the package. I soon realized that the Targus cover would not fit and elected to return it the next day. When I took it to customer service, the person was very abrupt and discounted my concerns. I finally purchased the Kindle cover and left the store thinking I don't care if I ever go back.

Ordered online, received entirely wrong item.

In fact, I tried to, but was shipped an Insignia item of far lesser quality. Tried to return in store was told to call website sales. Website sales told me to return in store.

Power Cord Failure

Does not hold up!!

The second one, I was able to charge 2 devices for 3 nights at which time, one of the ports quit working. Tried changing out the port and it still didn’t work.

Its ok to charge device overnight when you need a quick charge this is NOT the one for you.. Very disappointed
