Love this stereo! However you can’t screen share or mirror with an iPhone, just android.

Great purchase havent yet been able to dive into all the features yet but options are there to add on .

I purchased this on 5-30-24. As of Oct 7th, nothing works. It will no longer connect to my phone, I can’t connect to Wi-Fi for updates, if I plug my phone in with the usb, it still doesn’t work. For a $1200 radio this is very disappointing. Do not buy this, unless you want to throw your money away.

I say this is terrible so far, because I can't even use the thing yet. I bought this thing last week and was told it would ship on time. I had to reschedule my installation appointment twice because Best Buy took almost a week to ship it. I just left from my installation appointment and it won't turn on. This is not the installer's fault. Apparently, there is a plastic bracket that goes behind the screen and the unit will not turn on without it. This happens to be the one piece that was not in the box. Best Buy customer service has been completely useless trying to talk to them and explain that I have a $1,500 unit that won't work because of a missing $3 piece of plastic. JVC customer service has been just as useless. I was able to find the missing part online. They're hard to find and it's going to cost me another $60 to ship a piece of plastic that costs $3 from overseas. And wait for it to arrive while driving a car with a nonfunctional unit. I'm sure the unit will be amaizing once it's actually working but this is ridiculous

We returned this radio. The screen was HUGE and covered our heating/a/c controls, but more importantly, it does not have the built-in GPS. We ended up buying an Alpine with smaller screen and you have to keep phone directly plugged into car for CarPlay to work, but at least we don't lose signal.

Did not work with my 2010 Honda Element LX, would constantly be getting a "speed sensor" warning.

This thing is huge and expensive, but it is excellent. The screen is big but it does exactly what I wanted, which was to have a large legible screen to identify songs and artists. Glare does not seem to be a problem like it was with my old radio. With the inclued Apple Carplay, I don't have to bring an outside GPS into my old Sequoia and I have all of the Carplay features, The backup camera feature shows a huge screen, The equalizer and set-up allow you to customize the sound inside your vehicle. Although I don't use them, it also allows for other camera views through the system. Very happy with the decision to upgrade to this. Cheers

I was really looking forward to having this head unit installed in my 4Runner. I ordered it online and it took awhile to ship but no biggie. I received it, purchased the antenna adapter, dash kit, and Maestro RR/vehicle-specific harness and was ready for the install. I get a call from the technician about 20 minutes into the install saying that there was a bad smell he noticed as soon as he took the unit out of the box. It was a very bad burning smell. He said he usually just goes right into installing the head units but something told him to bench test it prior and the unit would not even power on. It had all the tape/seals intact but perhaps it was sent to me used but for $1500 I expect better quality control. Thankfully, the technician recommended the Kenwood DMX9707S to me and had one left on hand to install instead. I can say I am much happier with it as it looks OEM in my 4Runner and I don’t have to worry about a huge screen sticking out of my dash just waiting to be stolen. I saved $600 and I am super happy with the Kenwood instead. I felt the need to write this review since I saw other reviews similar about this head unit. I cannot recommend it since I didn’t get to see it in action. Perhaps it was just a faulty one I received but I can’t imagine why it’d emit a burning smell and makes me question the longevity of such an expensive product.
