I am really please with this unit. I needed to replace my old stereo. It works perfectly I can still control the unit from my steering wheel. Back up camera looks and works great. Pairing my phone was really easy.

Good buying and I'm happy with it. Thinking of buying another for my son car

Bought this in november 2024 it took a month to get an install appointment. Sound quality is good. The touch screen stincks. You have to touch it like 5 times to get it to repond. Its been 2 weeks since installing, i still cant answer the phone with bluetooth interface. If you're expecting stock sound system quality keep looking. Probably need to spend 2x+ $ i'm keeping it but im not thrilled. Would not recommend

The radio works fine can’t seem to get messages to work on car play. Siri doesn’t work or announce anything. But the bass and treble are really good and sounds good.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this radio has significant screen glare issues. During the day, the display is tough to see because it isn't bright enough to overcome the glare. I returned it, and Best Buy suggested the Kenwood - Model: DMX47OS 6.8', but they are the same company, and worse. I regret this purchase and would not recommend this radio.

I'm sure this is a fine receiver. But since BB screwed up my order/install, I will never know for sure. I do not know anything about electronics, but I knew that I needed a new receiver and amplifier by-pass for my vehicle. I spoke on the phone with a CS person to help me pick out exactly what I needed for my vehicle, we were on the phone for over 30 minutes, he then transferred me to an installer in White Plains, NY to set up the installation appointment. That person said the previous person had made a mistake with my order, and he told me he fixed it and everything was good to go. I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and on the day of the install I took the morning off from work and drop 30 minutes to leave my car. First the installer said they had forgotten to order a necessary part but no big deal, he had them in stock. (It was a big deal to me becasue it was an extra $150). I was told on the phone, by an installer, that it would take a max of two hours to complete. When I arrived, the guy said closer to 4 hours. That is a HUGE difference, but what I can I do? After approximately 45 minutes I got a call from the installer, there was a problem with a part, it was totally wrong for my car and he could not do the installation. So I wasted mulitple hours dealing with BB and ended up with nothing. They asked me to review my experience, and here it is. It was terrible and they did absolutely nothing to compensate or try to make it right. Just a shoulder shrug. Never again, Best Buy. Never again.

This unit is for my wife s car to replqce the stock old radio cd version and she is very happy and user friendly

Delivers as described. Fits my 2007 Toyota Sequoia with JBL speakers perfectly. 6.8in. screen is adequate functions perfectly with iPhone, Sirius, Maps!

I absolutely love this thing. It makes navigation so much easier, and listening to music couldn't be better. It works with my steering wheel controls as well. I like how the screen lets me see my maps as well as control my music and phone calls at the same time. Enhances my Acura MDX
