Bought this for an upgrade to my son's stock unit in his Jeep Patriot. With the right adapters (thank you Best Buy for your help here) and some patience, I easily installed this by myself. He loves it, and his major need for CarPlay has been addressed. Great head unit for the price.

Radio and bluetooth works great. Easy access to the backup camera to my car. Love the apple car play access and works well with my car.

The radio came looking brand new and worked great. It has apple carplay compatibility and bluetooth. Fits perfect in my 2012 chevy colorado and looks good if you get the right mounting bracket.

Was just looking to replace my stock radio since the blue tooth was no longer working. Started with a chat online, rep put all the items into a cart, I printed that out and went to a store to buy and schedule install. Went perfectly. Radio is great and the andriod auto with GPS on the screen is a great upgrade for my older car. Son can use Apple Car Play to do the same with his iphone too, Very happy.

Works great i just wish it had a knob for the volume instead

Works great I have a 2007 Honda pilot, wanted something for long trips where i could hook up to bluetooth. Works wonderful!!

Earlier this year we purchased a similar system that we thought was lower quality for our child’s 2016 Chevy Cruz. We purchased this one for my husband‘s 2017 Honda Ridgeline. We thought this would be a much better version for him and a higher quality with a name brand. This was much harder to install. I am not sure if that is more about the device or the particular car. What I do know is it took a lot of work to install and we still have not quite figured out how to preserve the steering wheel volume controls. We did eventually manage to get the back up camera working. We are pretty handy and the other installation went much smoother for us. Definitely do your homework and be ready for some frustration.

This is the first time I’ve purchased a stereo and dash kit from Best Buy but the service was excellent and so is the quality I will definitely continue to purchase items from here

Had Apple Car Play installed in her 2016 Toyota Avalon for Christmas this year. The guys at the Frisco location handled everything perfectly and got it done in about 2&1/2 hours. Works perfectly and my wife was thrilled to have all the " extras" that Car Play offers. Best Buy for the win !

I am enjoying my new jvc system. Product works great,and technicians were good with installing system and showing me how to use it.

Great stereo receiver for price. Does everything I need of it also JVC and Kenwood are both great products being made by the same manufacturer.

Operator manual for use were easy to follow. Love the touch screen.
