Install was quick and features are good. Only problem is Sirus needed and extra device to work

Item was amazing .. got this discounted item as it was last years version but no difference in tech from last year to this year... has apple and android car connections as well bluetooth, aux & cd... highly recommend this item only thing touchscreen can be slow but to be fair is not bad slow I'm just used to Samsung and apple toucscreens... and it came with free install so was even a better deal!

My son loves this car stereo. He loves the touch screen, the sound, and everything about it.

Easy to use...Just plug in your phone. Touch screen is easy to navigate.

I wanted to replace the original radio to enable Bluetooth phone, bluetooth music and use Waze for navigation. This radio fit perfectly and with the use of ApplePlay the music and Bluetooth connectivity does a great job. Waze connectivity can only be done via the JVC app which is not great. However, Apple will be updating the ApplePlay connectivity to enable use of Waze. It was a great value and installed perfectly by Best Buy installers.

Ease of use and quality sound make this a great choice

Wanted a radio with Apple Car Play for my older Sport Trac. This VC unit does the trick. Opted to install it myself which was quite a chore figuring out all of the wiring. Ultimately it is in and works well!! Kudos to JVC.

I live in Pennsylvania and purchased product, installation and installation accessories via telephone to Best Buy in Boston, Massachusetts area for my son for Christmas. The sale transaction went well and installation was scheduled for Dec 21. When my son arrived at the store he was informed that the accessories required for installation were not ordered so installation had to be rescheduled for Jan 4th. For what I paid and for the inconvenience placed on my son I find this service unacceptable. Best Buy made no offer of compensation for their error.

Great unit!!!! This was not my original choice. The unit I selected did not fit properly. The tech installing it informed me and offered the the JVC unit instead. With the discount it was a $10 difference. The Andriod Auto works great.

Purchased this car stereo for my son and he is very happy with it....especially with the apple play feature!! I also can’t say enough about the installers with the geek squad at beet buy....what a great group of young men!!

The radio was simple to install. No problem. Really just a plug and play type of unit. Apple car play was a plus for the purpose of buying this unit. After 1 year of normal use I would recommend this product to anyone.

This is a great radio. Love the features. So much more than what I thought. I later purchased a backup camera to add and it's perfect. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this JVC radio to replace the factory installed unit. I was able to add a rearview camera and it also comes with CarPlay. It works very well with my iPhone. Absolutely no issues.

I went to your Vineland store to upgrade the radio on a older Sonata I purchased the General Manager Steve got involed and suggested a model with Apple Carplay. I love it. Thanks agian Steve.

Great radio and has all the features I was looking for; had do do some modifications to the vehicle to install it, but that was an issue with the vehicle not the radio

Good Headset, improves my stereo sound over the factory headset. Technology integration could be better, just make sure you get all the firmware updates.

I love the screen size, the buttons are easy to reach. I dont like that the screen image options are so limited.I wish it had color changing capabilities.

Cameron was spot on! He did a great job on the install of my new backup camera and car audio package. He was very good at explaining how long it would take, what to expect, etc. Not only did he do a professional job but he finished earlier then expected. What impressed me the most was that he took the time to sit in my Jeep with me in the drivers seat so that I would have a chance to learn as he instructed and watched. I recommend Cameron for any install and I plan to have something newer put in my other vehicle! Thanks for job well done!
