I don't care for the display options. It does not look like the box, for sure. I also miss the dials, but that is personal taste. Do be aware of the high additional cost for install items. It added an additional $160 to my install.

This system has everything needed for entertainment. I had it installed to replace my factory radio. It has all the bells and whistles and installs easy. It works well with my factory speakers and I love the fact that it's a touchscreen. I love it ad recommend it to anyone

I like this infotainment center. It doubles as a much bigger back up camera to the tiny one my car came with. The radio/cd player is good. Like that it has a dvd player although I haven't used it. Carplay is good although I only get less than a dozen of my phone apps. Apple play is not wireless and navigation only available when my phone is cord connected. Overall it is very good!

The sound is great, I still getting use to the touch. I been using basically turn knob on my factory radio.

Geek squad did a Fast installation, product better than I expected and very easy to use, would definitely recommend to others looking to buy one

Car shop did an excellent job installing this for my grandmother she loves it and helps her get around with Apple car play loves the gps with her phone attached and listens to pandora old country music

I went into the store to purchase this model and found an "open box" one available for considerably less than the full priced one. The only thing that was blemished was the box. The radio is loaded with features and many of them work via USB connection or Bluetooth connection. The special steering wheel control interface was not included because not every vehicle does not have steering wheel controls. The radio kit did not include the radio trim kit because this radio fits in many different model of cars. I had to purchase an vehicle specific antenna adapter. The installation crew was very thorough in concealing wiring harnesses and cables. After the installation, the installer went over the radio's features and operation with me.

Will not Bluetooth connect for calls. I ordered it from Best Buy a month prior to having it installed. Left it in store until the installation date. Was installed and would not Bluetooth connect for calls. Spoke with the company. JVCKenwood said I could mail it in to the company but any damage to the radio in transit would void the warranty. Needless to say I did not take the risk and bought myself an earpiece to use. I will not be buying another JVCKenwood product. I would not recommend anyone buy one either.

I had this jvc receiver installed in my granddaughter's Honda and she is delighted with it. I researched different options and found this to be the best deal for the money.

Works great i got it as an open box in fair quality and when i got it it appeared to be almost new and haven't hadan issue and have had it for almost a month now. And it is comparable to kenwood in similar price range

Decent product. Great replacement for my vehicles original stereo. Only pet peeve is the device does not retain data when the car is turned off
