A fantastic unit! Pretty fast, 50watts/chnl, super reliable connection through BT, Android auto, and CarPlay! This radio hasn’t let me down yet. Wireless CarPlay is *chefs kiss* brilliant XD, and even works great in offline mode if service is spotty! Highly recommend!

The head unit is amazing. The amount of functions and features along with wireless car play makes this radio a steal. Something ive learned is that you almost cant have everything you want in 1 head unit, until thisnone. Car play, maestro car intergration, blue tooth, wiring for an additional front facing camera, this unit is solid gold and will be tough to beat

Item is pretty much what I was looking for. BTW, speaking of what I was looking for, the big thing I wanted was SiriusXM. Unfortunately the sales person did not include the SiriusXM module. Luckily I spent some time going over the order and found it was missing and I had to order it separately. The install for all of this went well, but the XM radio kept on fading or cutting out completely. Took it back to the store and the techs were able to change the location of the antenna and everything now works properly. The carplay is working as expected and does the job wonderfully.

Read a few reviews about wireless CarPlay not being great. At the last minute the Best Buy technician suggested this one and said we would love wireless CarPlay in our 2011 Tahoe. He was right. It’s been a month, and have not seen any issues at all. Connect as soon as we get in the car. No drop outs or disconnects at all over a one month time frame. Much better than a wired connection. There is also a wired connection if you want that. Lots of great features on this receiver.

Works okay. Sometimes will not connect. Sometimes I get GPS not connected message. I make sure I'm connected when I'm traveling. If not, I have to shut off car, open door, get out, close door, then try again. This happens at least once a week. Screen is not much bigger than phone. But easier to have this radio than plugging in phone and connecting phone on dash. Had it installed at BB. Techs took their time and ensured it was installed correctly.

Great unit for the money. Has everything I need and works well. Looks good and is easy to use. I would have loved a larger screen but there wasn't much room available, so this was the best option given the car model and the budget.

Wireless Android Auto is the best feature around. This one works OK as long as you only have one device paired to the unit. Once you pair a second device, it has a hard time connecting to either. It also needs a dedicated SD slot and better software for reading it. I have connected various USB dongles, but it can only read a couple hundred songs, regardless of how many have been loaded or how new the dongle is.

I originally had a basic audio receiver but now I have some extras. Finally i can take calls while driving. GPS directions and ask google google questions. I also have a spotify membership so i can listen to whatever I want. Updates still need to be downloaded onto a usb stick first which is silly. Occasionally it has gotten overheated and turned off.

It is a great unit. It works well, and especially Android Auto. It comes on a few seconds after I start the car. The screen is not as bright as I would prefer. The sound is wonderful and the back camera works well. I would recommend it.

Perfect radio no lag whatsoever wireless carplay is perfect.

Crystal clear sound. Easy to navigate, lots of audio adjustments. Its a well rounded system.

Purchased to replace the cheap one that came with my motorhome. It fit perfect in my double din slot. The installation was very easy because all the wires were very well labeled. The camera images were very high quality using the originally installed camera in the motorhome - a Thor Hurricane 35m. Using the Android Auto and very pleased with everything.

I got this headunit as an upgrade from the JVC KW-M560BT. Was looking for wireless android auto, and 4volt pre-out. This has those features, yes. But the connectivity of this headunit is prrtty spotty!! Always lagging and frezzing if i go from the home screen back to android auto, maps constantly frezzing and prevents touches until i reconnect. The WIRED android auto has given me the same issue so unfortunately it's just the headunits processor. The last thing i noticed about this headunit is the noise and distortion from it, im sure apart of the issue has to be my lack of higher quality coaxial cables, but this untit in my vehicle just doesnt get very high on volume before distortion hits. I have an O-scope i used to check for at what volume im receiving distortion at and its right at 26, headunit goes to 40 i believe, so just a few clicks above half and it starts become a dirty signal. I have a rockford fosgate punch 1000k for my bass amp and the distortion detection on that amp is top notch and very accurate. Unfortunately this just wasn't the experience i was expecting 'stepping up' to a better headunit from JVC. It'll definitely be the last one i get from them, going to move to a more stable processing headunit in the near future.

It’s a JVC. Does what it supposed to slowly. No it’s not bad. It is slow on the touchscreen there but you know it’s a JVC. I hope you’re not buying it, Expecting top-of-the-line. Compared to the name brands and how expensive they are currently it’s not a bad purchase.

Very good radio, love the apple car play, no issue with connection with the phone.

It works great and is super easy to use! Make sure to add the usb adapter in your cart other than that it adds everything else once you put your year make and model, had an awesome experience with Best Buy in Federal Way!

Just so-so. Wireless carplay works but connects very slowly. The microphone included with the device does not work. It works poorly with several brands of install kits due to screw locations and the way the bumps are on the sides of the case. But its far cheaper than most that do wireless carplay.

Upgraded my stock radio to this and it has been working perfectly. The radio connects wirelessly within a few seconds of turning on my truck to my Android phone and it even does it for my fiancé when she borrows my truck.
