Amazing Radio

It’s great having the wireless Apple CarPlay and with all the different settings it makes it easy to adjust the sound quality.

The CarPlay works well, and the music quality is very good. The radio will occasionally turn off and then back on when I am on a phone call.

Open box risk

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know if it was the product itself or if it was because it was open box, but about a week after I installed it, it started having issues and eventually bricked itself. It was working wonderfully at first, and it had some nice features, so I gave it an extra star for that. When my phone connected to it, after about 30 seconds, the receiver would reboot, and it would keep doing that. After another day (I just kept my phone from connecting wirelessly and it was okish), the receiver wasn't coming on at all. Luckily I was still in the return period so I brought it back even though it was a pain to have to remove the radio from the car.

My problem is this, as a Best Buy Total member I have included in the plan free installation. The Best Buy I use doesn’t have that available.

The only issue is the glare on the screen. I’m not sure there’s anything that can be done about that though… it works great with no issues .
