Came with no directions

Quick too, System sounds pretty good BUT item came with NO Operating Instructions/directions in the box or on the box!!! Can't make personal adjustments. Example: Print on player very small. Screen display to dark, cant make detailed (personal preference) adjustments without directions!!!

Not what i wanted

Its hard to make adjustments change channel and the sound quality i got was less than my stock stereo that i pulled out. Maybe for a younger teen who has time to get through all the steps it takes jyst to tune it then it would be nice. I just wasnt happy at all. Am i eligible for a refund or return for something better??

installation cancelled 2 x by technicians

Upon installation, scrolling through the menu options, Sirius was included. Now it is not. I am wondering if this was a limited time offer.
