    Poor quality, very disappointed with this product and the money I spent on it. the installation was not done properly so this radio powers on and off when ever it wants and this has been since day 1

    Won’t use Best Buy Again warred almost 200 dollars wouldn’t work for my car even though employees told me it would and couldn’t return it had to throw it in the garbage

    This has not been installed yet. I made an appointment and received a call that due to circumstances they could not install the unit on the scheduled day. A new appointment was made and when I arrived I was told whoever set the appointment had not scheduled enough time to complete the install. New appointment scheduled hopefully the 3rd time works.

    Best Buy ordered this stereo along with PAC harness and after installing the stereo it was defective and had to go buy another stereo to which I had to go buy somewhere else cause Best Buy doesn’t carry much in store or online so I went and bought a Kenwood Excelon and had it installed at another place.
