This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I thought it might be a fuse and I took my car to my mechanic to have it checked. The fuse was good but the radio wasn't. My mechanic told me to go to Best Buy and get a new radio and that they would install it for free. I did just that and am very pleased with the service and the outcome.

Did not need all the parts to install. So they refunded what I did not need. So far the player works great. It was definitely a great purchase.
