Picked these up for my son to use at school. The have good sound quality and have been holding up well so far.

Second set I own. I have had Sennheisers and Bose and the JVC doesn't have the same quality obviously. Do not expect that. But the sound is very very good for the price of these simple lightweight phones. Headphones do not last forever. Plugs pull out , wires disconnect, even on the $50 and up models. These sound as good as some $50 Sony's I owned. For casual listening and outdoors I think these are a jewel in a way OVERPRICED headphone market.

These are very comfortable and lay flat so they are easy to take along for use with my tablet. Great value.

I'd actually have given these good marks for comfort, but the swivel on the left headpiece makes an obnoxious creak when you swivel it. On the positive side, they do have a longer cord and better sound than my last pair Another store had them for a dollar less, but I have no regrets. since I don't use a mic, they make a fine headset for my computer. I'm guessing the failure point will be where the tiny unereinforced wire goes into the earpiece.
