    I read other reviews stating the right earbud falls out of ear due to the volume control favoring that side. I bought these anyway and found they do eventually fall out while running. This may not be an issue if you are not running/bouncing around. The bigger issue I had is it did not keep a charge. I would fully charge them, use them a few days later and they would only last about 5 minutes. They will last long if I charge and use directly afterwards, but I doubt they were designed that way.These are only 1 month old. Its unfortunate because I had enjoyed past JVC corded earbuds.

    It worked well initially (liked the over-hear to help them stay on), but after using for just under two weeks it no longer works (doesn't charge, doesn't turn on). These are cheaper price than many other alternatives but they don't last (salesperson at BestBuy recommended these because he said the more expensive ones also don't last, so this way I wouldn't be spending as much money for something that has a short lifespan -- I had hoped they would last longer than 2 weeks though.

    Although the color and the feature of the headphones are nice in the eyes, the sound quality is not the best. I purchased this pair of headphones back in Dec 2017 and today after not using it too much, the right side of them lowered the sound considerably and compared with the left side. This happened after a long 2-hour workout, but, isn't this headphones sweat proof and resistant for these type of usages? Paying 39 USD for a device that lasted just a bit more than 4 months is not a fair business.

    Charging Issue With Two Pair

    DO NOT BUY THESE! Would not charge after using them one time within 30 days. Emailed JVC and they had the nerve to tell me to try another USB cable or ship them back in which I have to pay for to have them evaluated. I tried another cable due to my wife having a pair and no luck. Now my wife is having the same issue. She only used them 3-4 times. How about JVC send me another pair! I find it hard to believe that they do not know about this issue. What a shame.

    Bought these on 4/8/2019. They worked great until today (4/27/2019). The sound quality and exterior noise cancellation was good enough for me. However, the fact that this product all of a sudden ceased to connect with any Bluetooth devices in less than 3 weeks is ridiculous.

    worst headphones

    i purchased these headphones a couple months ago and i've already had to return them twice. every time i go for a bike ride and look to my right to check for cars the headphones cut out. I've voiced my complaint to JVC that i want a refund for there faulty headphones and they refused so i'm stuck with some garbage headphones. I've learned my lesson don't buy cheap headphones. i'll never buy a JVC product.

    I bought these just for working out, synced to my Fitbit. The first couple of times they worked great, and then nothing. They have been charged, but for some reason won't work. I took it back it to the store and they gave me the number to get in touch with JVC. Goint to call today because every other time I've tried (in the evenings) they've been closed, Very frustrating.

    Best Buy should stop selling this item. I've had 3 pairs (I keep sending back because I have a 1 year warranty) and these are awful. They don't last more than 12 uses. When they do work they are good but it's so minimal . The battery life is terrible when they actually do work. But they completely die and cannot be turned on after no more than 12 uses.

    While the price is cheap (about $27), after only 4 uses, the cost per use is pretty high ($6.75 per use). Now when I try and charge them, the red light comes on, but after hours of charging...they still don't work (unable to connect / pair, not light when charger is not connected). Just spend more money and get better ones...these are not worth it. Take head in my mistake!

    After charging all night it still isn't at full charge. Turns on and off when holding the power button and earbuds play sound to indicate it being turned on or off but while it is on it does not sync with either my cell phone or Bluetooth capable smart/fitness tracker watch (the whole reason I purchased this product).

    Not a good product. Difficult to use. How do you tell on or off? No written instructions. Picture instructions that you can't understand. Web sit no help with user instructions. Poor battery life compared to my other Bluetooth ear buds. About 2 hours tops after full charge. Takes long time to fully charge battery, using 1 1/2 amp charge..

    Speakers died quickly

    After 3 months the speakers on each ear are so quiet you can't here anything from them. It only took a couple of uses for the first speaker to die. They were used almost exclusively for listening to audio books during my commute, so it's not even as if they were ruined by blowing out the speakers or water/sweat damage.

    I'm a moderate runner and purchased these to replace old corded earbuds. Fit was not the best over the ear and caused bud to pop out after several steps. That was ok until left side completely stopped working after about 5 weeks of use. Skip these unless price is your main driver

    These were good enough for like 2 weeks, but apparently I sweat too much, and they stopped working after about 7 runs. I will say that Best Buy was great and refunded my money with no problem, but the product itself is not best suited for workouts involving sweat.

    I’ve charges these headphones and they still won’t work. I got them to hook up to my IPhone once and now they won’t hook back up. Sound quality is not very good. I bought these as a gift. I will be returning them to find something better.

    Bought for girlfriend. She wanted cheap ones so this did the trick. Then broke a few months later. Told her to buy the more expensive ones and they've lasted her forever. Do not waste your money.

    Bought these for myself for working out. I used them only ONE TIME and then they stopped working! They will not charge and there is nothing wrong with the charging cord. They just suck, I would not recommend. Waste of money.

    You get what you pay for. Only lasted a month or so and one of the ear buds stopped working. I recommend spending a bit more and getting a quality set of headphones. Might be good for kids though.

    I walk outside for over an hour every day. They died after 7 days. It's very hot and humid and walking that long produces a lot of sweat. Might be OK for gym but certainly not for summer use outside where humans swear.

    I brought it home to find my Bluetooth didn’t recognize device. Found then I needed to power it from laptop USB. Connection difficulties. NEVER powered and I cannot get back to store to return.
