Jvc continues to make great budget stereos with tons of options for beginners and audiophiles. This media player came in everything you'd need for a cheap Bluetooth deck but nothing about this stereo is cheap, I've had many jvc home and car stereos but this one has to be the best for the price period hands down. Self installation was simple and easy, just got a harness and didn't even have to use aftermarket dash kit.. But any doubts and geek squad will have you setup even easier. Highly recommend!

Bought this to replace a non-bluteooth enabled deck. Fit was excellent. Sounds great too. Has lots of options that I haven't even gotten in to yet. Not just simple stuff like balance/fader, but things like presence, where you can measure how far away you sit from the speakers and input those to get a good 'stage. You can also tell it if the speakers are low in the doors, or high like in the dash. Sub control, high and low pass filters, it's all there. Very happy overall.

No CD player (that kind of sucks), hooks up to my iPhone / Bluetooth. Color changes are cool. Decent options for sound gauging. A bit difficult to navigate settings but with time it gets easier. Resets itself at times which is annoying. Price and quality work out well. Make sure the battery cables are tightly secured after install because we thought the stereo was a dud at first--turns out the battery wasn't secured.

I got this for girlfriend's car and, at first she was a bit bugged at the lack of CD ability, but then realized that she doesn't even own CD's anymore! ;) Bluetooth pairing was quick and easy, and sound is nice and clean! Note: make sure you get an install kit for your car with this, it is a pain to have to go back to the store for things you've forgotten ;)

This car stereo cost less than $50 on sale and yet looks very high end, with kool lights to enhance the inside of any car. Sounds great, loud and clear. Has all kinds of bells and whistles, EQ, different light colors, handles blue tooth, does it all VERY CHEAP, but looks expensive! Far better than the radio that came with the car.

I replaced my old jvc cd receiver with this one and it’s a huge improvement. The sound and ease of use are what I like about this unit. I didn’t have any issue in installing and I love that you can customize the background Led color to match my dashboard light.

Bought this on sale and installed it myself in a 98 civic. Installation and set up was a breeze and the sound quality isn't bad either. Bluetooth pairing was simple and the receiver displays the song titles being streamed/played on the phone. You can change the display colors to whatever your heart desires because the receiver allows for different spectrum of colors. Sound set up could be a little complicated since it has many functions but not difficult. For the price I paid, I love this receiver.

Purchased and installed myself in a 1997 Honda Civic. Install was easy, and use of the radio took a few minutes of reading the manual, after that it’s a breeze to use. The volume knob was something I was wanting. Preset buttons are a little small but the benefits out weigh that by far. Awesome radio, I added a satellite tuner which was simple to install. They worked together seamlessly!

Easy to set up. It sounds great. Hooked up to dual amps, sub and speakers. Nice controls. Bluetooth easy to use. Can’t beat the price.

I bought this for my son thinking it was also a cd player but didn't realized it until I was installing it.. But now a days no one really uses cd's like that anymore.. the Bluetooth and hands-free is great, it even comes with a Mic, this is good for teens when driving..

I had to replace the radio in an older vehicle, and this radio suited that need. Useful features such as Bluetooth, AUX, and USB connections are essential and necessary these days, and this radio fits exactly fits in the space of the old radio.

I installed this radio myself, not difficult, instructions were very good. After going through the extensive amount of user options for sound, panel lighting and color and intensity, and then the other options it took a while but I am very satisfied with the look and sound, especially that you can select the night time color of the radio to match the dashboard color in my 95 Ford F250, which can come on at a specific time or when I turn on my headlights. The sound clarity is the best my truck has ever had. The other sound source options are great, and the fact that I can charge my phone while using the Bluetooth for songs, my whole library is on my phone, and then receive calls thru the speakers in my truck, the music stops and the phone rings, and then talk to the microphone is fantastic. I would have given this radio 5+ stars if I were able to figure out how to get 18 presets on FM, no matter what I do I can only get 6 presets.

I purchased this stereo just looking for Bluetooth. It was the cheapest one in the store and it actually surprised for how great a very basic stereo can be. Could use a CD player and an easier to navigate faceplate but other than that it’s great.

Nice Bluetooth radio. Does not have a CD player so the unit is about half the length of a standard radio. Sounds good. Has lots of features to tune the sound.

I chose the JVC unit to replace the Sony head unit that I had in my dune buggy. I have the KD-X240BT in my Dodge and am very happy with it but I never cared for the Sony in the buggy so this will definitely be an upgrade. I only stream music from my phone and having the hands free feature for the phone is a must in CA. The bluetooth works well whenever I start the vehicle whereas the Sony (and my old Alpine) was a hit and miss every time.

Had the radio installed in an 06 vehicle. Easy installation, good service, and the radio functions perfectly. The BT features work pretty well.

This was an easy install and works great! I love that my phone connects automatically to the stereo as soon as I get in my vehicle!
