Xmas return window is only a couple weeks? LAME

The on/off controls involve some complicated tapping (and holding?) on the "bar" and so if you're adjusting their fit in your ear and accidentally touch that part (wherever it is) while on a call, you hang up on that person. Same if you're listening to music. Then, when I want to turn them off, the only way I can do that is to turn off my bluetooth or put them in the case. Poor design. Also? Can't believe I bought these for xmas and now can't even return! Typical BB crap. Won't be purchasing anything at Best Buy again. Sound is super tinny and not sure how to up the bass or if it's even there. All in all? Non-user friendly and annoying.

Everytime I try to put them in better it shuts off or the volume changes! ugggg. they connect fantastic though

My recent purchase of JVC’s wireless earbuds/AirPods have excellent quality stereo sound! I recommend it to everyone’s listening joy!

Nice earbuds, just don't fit.

I am hard to fit, so a common problem with this kind of earbud. Just can't wear the IN EAR type.

Although what held back is having the taking the time to connect with other devices just to connect that device.
