After using the Marshmallow True Wireless headphones for a few days I would like to share my experience with them. To begin with the things that I really liked about them are: • Connected and ready to use first time after charging without any issues. • Very good sound using the rubber gel earpieces. • They are light, fit well with correctly sized earpiece and stay in place. Had no issues using them on a jog and working out. • Really good value for the price. Some things that I found that could be improved: • Included all information that you could cram onto a tightly folded large piece of paper in multiple languages including instruction hieroglyphics is a hot mess. Scan the link on that paper to get an online manual. It’s really slow but much better information. • The small memory foam earpieces fit me but the sound quality is noticeably worse than with the rubber ones. • I welcomed the physical buttons for playback control as other brands I have used with touch sensitive areas are often mistakenly pressed. Only problem with these is they went too far the other direction requiring quite a lot of force to engage the buttons making it quite uncomfortable pressing them harder into your ear. Some additional thoughts: • The charging case works well and headphones snap into place easily. It also has lights to indicate charge remaining for the case. Unfortunately, there is no good way to gauge how much charge the headphones themselves have before requiring a re-charge in the case other than a battery low tone which I have not yet encountered. • The box states 28 hours of use per charge, I presume that is with multiple recharges of the headphones in the case. After several days of use the case still shows a couple of dots remaining but I can’t really validate the stated charge capacity. • There is not a mobile app available that can interact with this model. • Used them for a couple of voice calls and was told sound quality of my voice from the mic was good.

Pretty decent sound. I do have trouble keeping them in the ear. Overall a decent budget earbud.

Best headphones I ever bought at a discount I lose a lot of headphones if that's why I bought up a few pairs

Good earbuds! It can fall off from my ears at times, but its functional.

The sound quality is good; however, something is going on where after only a few days they are cutting off right after I sync them to my phone. The left one barely allows me to sync it before it cuts off. The right one will stay on a few minutes and then it will cut off. This is after they are fully charged.

Poor quality merchandise i liked them at first so i went back and exchanged them and still had the same issue with the second pair so i just gave up on them the sound is great until it stops working like in a month or two
