    I paid to have my lap top set up and ready to be used. To me this means that when I open it the icons of all the programs like Word, Netflix, Facebook, words with Friends etc. would be there for me to click on and access. This did not happen. I did not even have the cable and had Togo back for it. Then I got it going and found nothing done.

    Head phones are comfortable and very flexible, allowing for use in a variety of positions while maintaining comfort. The plug itself is L shaped and short which meant that I ended up having to purchase another extension cord in order to avoid holding the plug is place to get stereophonic sound.
