Needs new design engineering

You have to know where to touch the display panel to actually turn it on after plugging it into a power outlet. After that, it is easier going with the control panel. A very big short coming with the device is, it is not designed for easy cleaning after use and that is the biggest complaint about the design. It should be designed so that the basket where the food is placed should be removable with easy access to the bottom of the basket for cleaning after use. The basket is currently screwed into the base drawer and can not be properly cleaned with ease. Have only used it two times since it was purchased about three weeks ago. Seems to cook the food just fine.
