Good when it works, inevitably breaks, bad service

My fan stopped working. I emailed the company for my warranty on it. They replied and told me to give them my information to send out a box. It has been a month and a half so I called. Explained the situation. The person on the other end of the phone couldn't understand any english other than the lines he had on his computer. I hope this company goes bankrupt

Piece of junk
