Needed to get the TV on the wall and this mount was recommended and works great. Fortunately, it's unlikely that I'll have a need to move it and the Squad did say this mount is a little stiff. But I'm extremely happy that it's complete and the Geek Squad did a great job and making certain everything worked perfectly. They even improved my TV set-up in a way I didn't expect.

Had Geek Squad come out to install over fireplace but disappointed that securing to wall studs required choosing tv be off to the left or off to the right by 6'. Creating a slider on the mount to allow centered adjustment would have been much better. At the very least salesperson should have explained this when we were selecting mount but she also scheduled install wrong so I'm not surprised.

Sorry that the PS300 didn't work well in your situation, single stud mounts generally do not allow you to laterally shift the TV to the right or left. Our PS350 may have worked for you but I'm thinking a dual stud mount may have been your best bet.
