    I chose this bracket because it came out 26” which i needed to have the TV hang in a special place. Most brackets don’t come out from the wall that far...so take note on the amount of the extension. So glad I did.

    The mount could not be used because it cannot be safely mounted to steel studs. If a wood backing is possible it would be fine

    Machine screws were cross-threaded..... had to pull 'em out with vise grips.... not good.... they should have been allen heads, not phillips screws. This was a problem that I resolved by doing as I said. Poor choice of hardware! ( center sliding alignment on bracket) ..... you should correct this flaw..... Thanks..... Sully

    Bought a different brand 48" TV, but it didn't fit my wall mount. Took it back and got this instead. I've always had good luck with Vizio, and now I know why. Got this 50" for less than the other brand 48", and it fit my mount perfectly. EXTREMELY easy to setup. Good picture, and it works perfectly with my Vizio soundbar. Really happy with this purchase. The only drawback is it has a little bit of the "soap opera" effect that LED TVs seem to have. I thought that issue had been worked out in current generation LED TVs. It's not bad enough for me to worry about though. I'll stick with Vizio from here on out.
