They love they can use the remote and talk to the t.v. and have it do what they want. They also like they watch Netflix from it without having to hook up other things. The biggest limitation is that you can only hook up 4 HDMI items to the t.v. without having a sound system. Other than that, we have loved having it.

Nothing in the description says this is only for studs that are 16” apart. I’m at a loss now because it’s been over a year since purchase and I had just started the install, and learned that it won’t workout.

Many customers have used the PDX650W and OLED65C7 successfully. The TV has a compatible VESA pattern (bolt pattern) of 300x200 and it is under the 125 lb weight capacity. You can use any combination of holes and slots on the PDX650W's vertical brackets, all you have to do is move the brackets up a little bit so that they do not protrude below the TV. Hopefully you have not returned this mount already as you should be able to use it. Being a white color let it blend in with the living room, which let me put a nice 4K in that living room!
