I would suggest you loosely do those connections and place on tv to make sure it fits.

Just Not It

We had to make some unnecessary adjustments to make it work. It was not simple and easy as most tv mounts. This will not work if the back of your 55 inch hole spaces are widely separated. You may have to be a little creative as how we were.

Did not live up to expectations.

One of the bolts broke in half when it was being screwed in (so much for QC). Then the bolts to connect the TV to the mount did not fit as instructed so we had to put them in backwards. Based on the instructional video it looked like they made some changes to same cost but ended up ruining the product instead.

Think about spacing before buying

Petty good tv mount
