A professional hung the TV. as soon as you pull it away from the wall, it went crooked. Nothing could fix this. The steel would not support the weight of a simple 43 inch LCD monitor, not even a TV set. Even Worse, Best Buy will NOT LET ME RETURN IT. Defective does not matter, I waited longer than their crazy 2 week window from purchase to return. Horrible Customer Service Policy! It took me a few weeks to find a pro to do the install. Now I need a new mount and have to pay again for them to install the TV. Huge waste of money.

I had to go to the store for a slightly more expensive one, which was installed right away. I wish I had started with the other one originally. The time wasted was not worth the cost savings.

Sorry to hear our M300 did not work with your TV. We try to make our mounts compatible with as many TV's as we can but certain manufacturers do not adhere to typical mounting standards. Because the M300 can handle almost any VESA pattern (bolt pattern) up to 400x400 I am assuming the bolt pattern on your TV was too wide to fit on the mount. Calling or emailing us is the best course of action for incompatibilities, often times we can make suggestions or send additional parts that can solve the issue. We'd really appreciate if you could get in touch with us directly so we could find out the model of your TV, it would help our Design team determine if we need to make revisions to the mount in the future. Product needs some serious Quality Control

On top of that obstacle, the wall screws snapped mid way bolting it to the wall....buy at your own risk.
