It's an ok product for the money you pay for it...

Item arrived and seemed to be an open box item sold as new. As this was a Christmas gift I didn't return it because I had yo hang a TV for Xmas. Thanks for the used gift bestbuy.

Not a perfect fit for the VESA pattern on the TV I bought, but it is the right size and was easy to install.

Bought this item for an older flat screen(55”), it didn’t fit. The holes were 16”x16” apart so it just didn’t work out. We had to return it.

This has plastic parts that were broken in the box. Also, it does not even feel like it can support a 10" tv, let alone a 32". I need something more substantial, so return it goes.

works well. but was very hard to mount to 2nd tv. the insignia 43 inch cracked while hanging but was easy to mount. but the Toshiba we replaced it with was sooooo hard to mount. and frustrating. would buy a different if it wasn't already mounted.

this TV mount to hang our 36" TV in our bedroom. It's exactly what we wanted.

I needed a full motion and this one was one of many a bit more expensive so better. Not really It's heavy chunky moves difficult and too far away from wall when pushed back

We bought 2 of these for our kids 40" TVs. They have a good range of motion.

This was a terrible TV wall mount. Didn't fit TV although it claimed that it would.

Worked perfectly for our needs and was an excellent value!

The included LAG screws are TERRIBLE. They broke off in my wall and left me with a screw literally hanging a centimeter out of my wall. I had to go to home depot to buy real screws. It basically ruined my drywall and stud. I'm extremely upset and will be contacting bestbuy.

Hard to use and doesn’t quite fit my Sony Bravida tv

Doesn't work with the Toshiba TV. Tried it several different ways.

I must say I impressed myself with this one. I have a hard enough problem with hanging pictures on the wall that i was able to install and hang a 40" Samsung 4k TV on the wall by myself. Everything is included and separated in separate bags for various applications. The website has a link to the video to help install the TV. I relied heavily on the install video and the picture install guide. I researched a ton of these mounts before I decided on this model. For the price, and how far it extends, this is the best mount available.

Was not easy to install and so we didn't use it but just returned it to Bestbuy. Sometimes doing things the old way, is just easier. (hanging the TV on the wall)

I ended up taking this back. It came with a wrench to remove bolts on the bracket to attach to the tv. The wrench stripped the nuts. Further I could not get them off with adjustable wrench. Frustrated I took it back and bought one at lowes that went up in 5 min

Haven't had it installed yet. I was sick when tech came. He and my husband completely misunderstand how I wanted it installed.

I've hung many tvs but his mount is absolutely ridiculous. overrated and too complicated to even deal with.

This is my second Kanto wall mount. I liked the first one so much, when we got a second TV, I didn't hesitate. The instructions are very straightforward and with installation on a stud, the thing is rock solid. The range of motion is more than enough for anyone. With a little tilt, it finishes 2-3" off the wall, so don't expect a perfect flush mount. Also, be aware - it isn't well spelled out in the materials. but the center of the TV, when mounted, is 5" to the left (or right) of where the mount attaches to the wall. So don't expect the center of the mount to be the center of the TV, when folded back against the wall.
