There is a ton of different type of screws for both mounting to the wall and mounting the tv. It supports all tv mounting types but there is no manual how to set each type. It's confusing and takes some time, especially when your tv is non vesa standard.

Would love to take a photo of it up and have the company tell me right or wrong, but I can’t see any way to do that. Makes me nervous the tv will fall off the bracket.

Instructions are nearly impossible to follow and don't illustrate the installation options for various bolt patterns on your TV. I tried very hard to find a TV mount that was not made in China but in the end went with this one because I couldn't determine where it was made. Ends up, it is made in China.

Apparently you have options with different screws to put into the back of your tv. This is not stated in the directions. In addition the phone number on the directions and the internet for contact info is disconnected. Calling best buy for help didnt work either. So my suggestion have extra washers at home in different sizes. It looks great and took an hour to put up. Hope that helps.

We provide a variety of screws since our mounts have to work with a number of TV's, but we could be more clear in our manual that most of hardware will not be used.
