The only drawback to it were the instructions for assembling the mount. Also the mount did not fit exactly to my tv Samsung 48 inch. Had to force 2 of the screws to attach to tv

The only (small) complaint I have is that I guess I didn't realize it hangs to the left if you want the tv to be flush against the wall. This won't be a problem for tv's 40" and up. The tv I hung was 32" and the base can be seen behind the tv. The mount seems very sturdy and I'm glad I didn't purchase one twice as much.

However, I did think the mounting instructions could have been clearer. I did take it apart & reverse the swing motion to fit what I wanted it to do. Once I got it up, I have been extremely happy with it.

Thanks for the feedback, sorry that our instructions were not as clear as you were hoping. We make installation videos for all our mounts that can be viewed on the Kanto Living website. If you buy one of our mounts in the future these videos may make the installation process go more smoothly.
