Was a solid mount but the ball joint doesnt functional properly and thus doesnt allow you to angle the projector. Had to return this one :(

We're sorry the mount didn't hold your projector properly. Was the tension adjustment on the ball joint not working properly? Please get in contact with us if possible to let us know what the exact issue was, we use customer feedback to diagnose potential issues and improve our products. One more thing to note in case the tension adjustment was working properly. When setting up a projector it is crucial to find the projector's center of gravity otherwise the mount will not be able to hold the projector in position. We supply three different size arms so that you can place the ball joint directly over the center of gravity, once it is setup properly you should be able to make adjustments on-the-fly.
