This was also a really expensive case, for sure paying for the brand and not the quality.

Had a Kate spade case before but thought it was just the one I got so I tried it again but same results.

The cost was more than my Otter Box and my Otter Box outlasted this by a mile. In less than a year maybe six months the wear on this case was starting to show. It was downhill after that.

Best Buy would not replace it, even though there is a one year warranty from Kate Spade if you purchased the case from Kate Spade website.
