In the setup it says not to use a mesh wifi system but that is a major defect! More and more households are using mesh systems to cover all parts of their houses and the fact that these speakers simply will not work unless connected to a traditional WiFi is an item ruining flaw. The store has them on display so I know the sound quality is impeccable but the fact that I can't use them in my house makes them totally worthless to me. I hope KEF comes out with advanced speakers that work with advanced wifi...

Salesman recommended these and they don’t work with the TV. Searched the internet and found a lot of other people reporting same issue. Returning to store.

All the customer service can do is report the problem to technology team,then you will never hear from them again. Go get other brand.

They do no include instructions in the box and they even delivered the wrong item, then delivered to the wrong address!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

I have this hooked up to my PC and they are so crisp and the dynamic range is superior. I'll be pairing a KEF Subwoofer real soon to fill the complete sound & setup! These would be beautiful for home theater as well of course. DISCLAIMER: You need the KEF App & it comes with a remote

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These speakers sound good in theory but the app and connectivity features in the speakers is just as glitchy and prone to failure as the original lsx. It’s a shame that Kef has no idea what they’re doing with the wireless aspect because I loved the look and sound I heard in the store. A quick online search could have saved me the hours long headache of dealing what many others before me experienced. These are ultimately just great looking (and expensive) paper weights. Avoid the active wireless kef products at all costs.
