Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I put 4 in my son's 2000 Cherokee and they sound better than the Pioneer I originally bought and returned and I bought 2 for the front doors of a friend's 2005 Silverado. They definitely were better than he 15 year old originals. In the Cherokee I added some sound insulation. The sound is good, but these are not mid-level component speakers which can be at least 3-5x more. At the sale price, I could not find any better. Instillation is pretty straight forward, but instillation depends more upon your vehicle.

They also included additional hardware and screws which made mounting these to the original speaker plate so easy. The sound quality might actually be better than the expensive speakers in my last vehicle. Highly recommend.

I put them into an old Jaguar and they fit nicely. They sound fine, but I need an amplifier to get the most out of them. Installation was easy and straightforward.
