I bought this head unit because it was a lot of features you were getting for an awesome price. Sound quality and EQ are the best part about this head unit. It connects very fast via Bluetooth and the video quality on the h/u are great quality. The things that aren't the best are the phone call quality and connection. When a phone call comes in or is sent out it will connect the call 90% of the time, 10% of the time it will not connect and I will have to re-dial or answer on my phone itself. After the call ends if I am listening to music through Bluetooth the music takes 2-4min to re-connect and even then I sometimes have to press play on my phone before it starts to play again. Another con is the volume dial is very small and depending on how the dash kit sits it is a pain to get to, I had to purchase a remote on amazon to make it easier. Also...if you add a backup camera to this unit be prepared to have a 1-2 second pause (blank screen) while it notifies you to "look at your surroundings before backing up", this only happens if your h/u had just started with the vehicle. This message and pause do not come up if your h/u has been on for more than 5min. It is a nice h/u but it is frustrating when you need to make a call and it wont connect and your music wont re-connect after you have completed a call. Some are okay with these issues but it sucks when you are driving and can't really mess with anything. Hope things work out better for you!

The blue tooth function is everything I wanted. Matched with my existing speakers I have great sound. Streaming music from my smart phone is easy and believe me I need easy.

Works very well. Had to adjust the EQ to work in my Jeep with the factory amp but other than that everything worked well out of the box. Backup camera works great as well. Just wish it had GPS but it's not a big deal. Bluetooth works with several phones. Easy installation and the manual is well written.

I’m really enjoying my new stereo, it seams to have all the bells and whistles. I really love the touch screen it’s very handy. The sound is great. And the back up camera was also a great option . I would definitely recommend this setup to my friends.

I was originally just looking for a replacement radio for my RV when I came across this "all in one unit." ...that is a back up camera, a dvd player AND a radio that allowed BlueTooth input. It was a great deal at the price and since I was GeekSquad member, the installation was free. Great value.

Love it so far. Great sound and it connected easily to my phone. Easy radio setup. Hopefully they this will last a long time. It also plays cds and dvds. It was easy to install. It makes my ride go smoother.

This is an absolutely fantastic stereo. Especially for the price, however it is lacking Apple CarPlay which is a major downside for me. But it all works great. Touch screen is responsive, and all the buttons work just fine. Also connects to Bluetooth. I just purchased a new car and I’m in the process of transferring it between vehicles! :)

Excellent stereo I had a Boss stereo that the touch screen gave out and I was unhappy with I upgraded to this it install pretty easily I have a steering wheel control device I used with the other stereo this one automatically recognized it way easier then the other one and it set the right controls to it without me having to srt it manually. Also the sound is way better on this then I had with the Boss stereo so far I love it. Only thing which is not big specially since I have steering wheel controls the volume know isn't easy to turn with one finger I need to grip I with 2 finds just to turn it which isn't ideal when driving but still great stereo.

I am extremely happy with this head unit. Detailed audio adjustments. Blue tooth. KENWOOD sound. Cheaper than a lot of the other head units I was looking at with the same features.

From selecting one of your own pictures for the background or one of several pre loaded backgrounds, this Head Unit screams User Friendly and Fully Customizable throughout the (to many to list) options. I should have bought this a lot sooner for my Quality of music taste. The Large and easily adjustable EQ has All of your fine tuning abilities at your fingertips. It also loves your Smartphone whether you prefer Android or Apple! It’s obvious, I strongly recommend this Head Unit (but only if you are Serious about your Music).

Overall it's a very good head unit. Especially for the price. Only thing I could nag on it for would be sometimes it's a little laggy. Other than that it's perfect. The sound is amazing. Full command of every speaker and the volume nob is always a plus. Also on the BB website it said it was supposed to come with a remote and it didnt.

This stereo works great. I have a sub hooked up and the stereo has tons of sound features as well as it’s built in eq. DVDs look good on it. The Bluetooth works really great. Auto connects when you get back in the car. I can hear perfect through the speakers and they can hear me through the mic I have this installed in a 2008 Nissan Altima.

I had this put into my Toyota Highlander along with a backup camera so I could have hands free communication on my phone and could connect my Amazon Echo Auto to play through my car speakers. It works so great with playing the radio, talking on the phone, playing my Amazon Echo Auto and connecting multiple Blue Tooth devices to my radio. So pleased with the results that I also had this same product and backup camera put in my wife Hyundai Sonata. She loves it as much as I do. Great investment!

Great sound. I just got a new truck and looking forward to installing another stereo in it.

Its simple. It'll play bluetooth, spotify and pandora from your phone. It has an FM/AM radio and thats about it. No gps or any additional features like that. I ended up exchanging it for one with apple car play but if your looking for something simple you can hook a backup camera to, this is perfect.

The Boise Best Buy did a great job from start to finish. They helped me pick the right product for my needs AND it was on sale. Then the installation people were friendly and professional. They did a great job of installing it perfectly in my RV to replace the cheesy stereo that came with it. Then they made sure I knew how all the basic operations worked. The stereo sounds and looks great and is way to use.

Out of the box, it was relatively easy to use. The sound was pretty bad initially, but other than that, it had some nice features (rear cam at any time, not just when in reverse, vehicle diagnostics, etc.). The USB/bluetooth connection is kind of glitchy and freezes up more often than I would like. The scrolling is pretty slow too. I am sure there are some configs that would improve the user experience. Side note, the installer was pretty helpful, while the salesperson was pretty much a Best Buy salesperson.

Good first 1 great picture 2 good sound quality even at high volume 3 solid built bad 1 dimmer function is a joke i have to turn off screen to drive at night 2 very slow to boot up 3 can’t talk on the phone no one can hear you and it has echo 4 it doesn’t come with remote or trim ring. 5 Difficult to navigate while driving.
