Should've stayed with my factory unit

My factory unit was Nissan juke Rockford fosgate system with factory amplifier and subwoofer. After being back to best buy twice after initial installation still have no bass coming from my subwoofer. A real disappointment because if I try to get it right myself I can be sure they will void any warranty.
