Aftermarket radio

You would think with aftermarket mounts it would be easier.

Online purchase that was abused rather than "used"

You will find better used product at a garage sale. Very bad shape. I bought this online so couldn't see it before it arrived at my door. I returned it.

worst Kenwood equipment I have ever purchased

This one is a disappointment. It has been clunky and had issues from day one. First the light would not go into night time mode. I have to do it manually. Android auto didn't work well then it disappeared. Then the Voice prompts for the Nav stopped working completely. It will turn down the music but will not give voice prompts. I took it back to Best Buy and the tech did everything he could including software update to resolve. No luck. Now I have to remove it and send it for repairs. At lease 10 days with a hole in the dash and nothing else working (cameras). Lots of time spent, 3 trips to best buy at least. I sure hope what comes back works!

Heard to use and hard to update. Don't wast your money, buy a cheaper one with basic features and you will be fine.

Best head unit so far
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I always considered myself a hardcore pioneer fan but this unit changed it up clear calls clear sound android and apple auto not to mention screen resolution better than my home tv had the beep sound found out it was just the navigation speed warning tuned it out and no issues what so ever

Looks amazing in my Jeep Wrangler 2016 and fits so well. The guy at the Plano store did an amazing job. If you want it installed, ask Jeremy. He is a pro and did it with care and ease. Thank you!
