Well i did enjoy the fact that it did have a pretty nice looking picture and hdmi but lacked some of the features i needed and wanted so i had to return the unit.

Excellent stereo for my daughter's car, shes in heaven

Got this radio to upgrade my wife's car from the stock radio that she had. Having a difficult time getting the radio to stay connected to recognize my wife's phone and also to display her playlist using Android Auto.

Good radio what i didnt like was being told the day of my install that not only did the radio i picked supposedly not work but i also needed an additional harness which was another 160$ after i was told im good to go

Should be more customers service oriented. They also want to nickel and dime you to death. May loom to one of the neighborhood boys to put it together next time.

Purchased for husbands gladiator as a gift when sound system was installed. Followed all directions, one being which was including the factory back up camera. It did not work. Super disappointed. Purchased and aftermarket camera which works when it wants.

Doesn’t connect to iPhone automatically when starting the car constant unplug and plug.

It’s ok for the thing is it looks a little oit dated I would think to myself in my room about it and I was correct others also would say so it’s not just me up day that

I’m not very happy with the stereo I had installed in my car. I’m trying to get a replacement but I’m having trouble because my receipt is not easily accessible online.

Not the best car stereo I have had but not the worst.

Very nice interface. Stylish. But the the receiver or audio portion with regard to the radio is not clear. Very static like.

Its an ok stereo. Upgraded from Pioneer. Easier to install, its a good raidio but harder to navigate than Pioneer.

Having issues with the install. Havent got to listen to it yet. Hopefully the geeks can get it figured out.

I've had better experiences with Kenwood decks. Had I seen this in store I would have passed on it.

It’s was inexpensive works well enough, I wish it would connect wirelessly on ApplePlay

Still having problems with GPS locks up and have to reboot already been replaced once

Sound quality not the best but good the screen glare is terrible

Problem after installation and still waiting to get it repaired.

Tried 2 different 7709s and they both have the same problem. Trying to play music using the USB port (16GB Flash Drive) causes the HU to freeze and go into a reboot loop until I remove the flash drive. We've also tried 6 different flash drives all formatted correctly and they all cause the HU to reboot eventually. I really wanted to like this HU, but I'm likely going to have to swap to Sony or Pioneer. Hoping they don't have USB issues too. I love keeping all my music on the flash drive instead of my phone(s). If you don't use USB Flash Drives, this unit it great....otherwise, stay away.

Pls except my apology for taking some time before writing this review. The install was done and I had a scratch on my dash the trim piece was off set. I removed the dash and found the R/side trim was stripped. I fixed the trim but still have a scratch.
