Installed on wifes rav4 along with maestro SW and few other accessories good quality and sound had apple car play and android auto.

couldn’t be happier with the Kenwood 6.8" Android Auto and Apple CarPlay Receiver. The screen is bright, responsive, and easy to navigate even in sunlight. The audio quality is a huge upgrade from my factory system, and Bluetooth connects instantly every time. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto run flawlessly with zero lag, making it easy to switch between music, maps, and calls. Installation was straightforward, especially since it’s Maestro Ready, which helped retain my steering wheel controls and vehicle settings. The interface feels premium and intuitive, and the customization options for sound and display are excellent.

Its a nice radio. It has alot of features that i like. I was even able to keep my steering wheel controls with the addition of a maestro. So thats a plus. I do which the actual radio screen was a little bigger but i can put up with it.

Excellent radio with lots of options, bells, and whistles. One of the best real choices I've ever made. Outstanding performance. On high sunshine days the glare on the screen can be a bit excessive, but it is not really an issue for myself.

The stereo is easy to setup. My husband wanted it for the bluetooth and we had Best Buy install it and they had a little trouble with the installation but we brought it back thenext dayand the female installer had it working within 10 mins.

Solid unit with great touch inputs/no lag. Glass panel makes it feel more quality too. I am not an audiophile, but there were many adjustment options and I was able to bring out more power and sound quality from the OEM system in my older Lexus. Only gripes are the volume controls are touch and not a knob. It is hard to see with polarized sunglasses when when sunlight hits the screen.

I am a Avid Alpine Head Unit user, but the Model # I wanted was not compatible with Maestro to communicate with my Tacoma so I went with the Kenwood instead!~ I did need to update the FirmWare which I thought installers did, but it was a simple thing to do!~ The Free install was the one thing I did like as well, I used to work for a Car Stereo & Tool shop that charged you for a install by the hr, and the installers installs were needing re-worked alot of times!~ The only one drawback I have, which I am not sure if it's removable, the black box that appears ontop when backing up is annoying!~

I absolutely love my new Kenwood stereo. I’ve had a few glitches, but they’re fixable. I feel for the price that I paid for this install and the new upgrade in the touchscreen Kenwood stereo. It has been absolutely wonderful

Got the unit installed today. It sounds amazing and really adds to the depth of sound from the new speakers and amps I've recently purchased. This is also my first experience with Apple Car Play, and I am pleased with what I've tested so far. I'm very happy that it plays my hi-res music. It has a lot of options and is easy so far to use, especially since I have an iPhone: working this unit and the phone is largely intuitive if you have an iPhone. I didn't read much of the instruction manual at all and am picking up on its use quite easily. Also it was great that the installation tech did part of the setup for me between the head unit and my phone.

Great value just missing blue tooth for android auto and apple car play. Knew that going in, not a deal breaker for the savings on last years model Installed on Rv huge upgrade

So I bought this radio about 4 or more weeks ago from Best Buy. I had it installed not too long ago. I like how the radio was installed, where the Apple CarPlay cord was put which was on top and not on the floor where it could get ruined. The sound is good quality, just not as loud as I like it. That is ok because I have music everyday now. I came back the next day and the steering wheel missing piece was installed for my controls to work. Overall I chose a good, long lasting product. The service I experienced was great not to mention

Over the years I've purchased several different head units from Kenwood to pioneer, Clarion, And before this a JVC. None of these come close to this head unit, the built in EQ is like 11 bands or something, it makes adjusting the sound quality super easy and makes it sound great. It also connects with Android or Apple CarPlay and it also has screen mirroring which is cool to watch videos on. It's super fast as far as not taking forever to load a map or anything else for that matter. I would highly recommend purchasing one of these, if you're in the market for a head unit this is a great buy. In my opinion it doesn't get much better than this.

Love the Andriod Auto feature. Crisp sound and good reception. Recommended as next upgrade that is reasonable. Fits without modifications

This unit is the best bang for buck. Been researching for a midrange unit with alot of features for the price better than the equivalent sony and alpine units. Classy design, 4 volt pre out, HDMI out, wired android auto. A must upgrade for older vehicles.
